– Walk of Heroes – €12 with museum entrance
Be at every step on the trail of the heroes ! Come relive the progression until the attack of the Battery, organized by France 44 association.
Departure 9:30 am: Church of Gonneville in Auge
Arrival 12:30 pm: Merville Battery Museum
– 5:30 pm: Ceremony in tribute to the men of the 9th British Parachute Battalion at the Merville Battery
Tuesday 7 June:
– 11:00 am: Ceremony in tribute to the men of Commando No. 3 in front of Casemate 1 at the Battery of Merville
– 3:30 p.m. – Ceremony in honour of Lieutenant-Colonel Otway at the Merville Battery
